This is the latest release of our WinStaff software. We will post to the web page for any modifications or bug fixes we make to this software. WinStaff Version 5.0.163 (05-31-2002) 1. Staff Demographic Utility -- Added a new module on the Staff Utilities menu | Tool Kit. This module allows the user to copy, swap, clear, blanket, change, and convert cases in the Staff database. 2. Teacher Mailing Labels -- Modified the program so that labels for all teacher categories can be printed at the same time without getting Subscript out of Range error. 3. Staff Absences report -- Corrected a problem with rounding when calculating the Total Days for each Substitute Teacher. WinStaff Version 5.0.162 (04-18-2002) 1. Set up Absences Codes -- We have changed the setup screen where you indicate which types of absences are tracked for each staff category. Each staff category is displayed separately so you can more clearly see which absence codes apply to each category. 2. Post Absences for Staff Members -- These fields are required and cannot be left blank: Number of Days Absent Start Date End Date Category of Employee Absence Code Error messages will pop up to indicate you have left a required field blank. |
